This client is a builder/owner/operator of multiple senior adult assisted living properties. This study is for one site.


We began working with this client after construction was completed. The value of projects in assisted living spaces is similar to the value found in apartments, except that additional value is found in elements directly related to this industry type. One item of interest, because this space has through-wall air conditioning instead of central air conditioning, this item becomes personal property available for cost segregation.
