This facility has an industrial, stripped down style, but still has a lot of value due to the nature of restaurant properties. Extensive electric, lighting, plumbing, flooring, in addition to outdoor seating areas and an open air bar all add to the value of this study. Should an analysis of a new property such as this be performed today, the value to the client would be increased due to recent tax law changes.
